I need to know what our options are with our current site, in a very old version of WordPress

  Can I upgrade our current site to the latest version of WordPress? Can I get hosting through WP Engine too? I need help answering these questions before I can move forward with a project I am working on. The site is http://www.theshopsource.com My main questions are – can I upgrade to the latest version of WordPress? If not, can I migrate content from the old site to the new site? Do I have to start over from the very beginning with a totally new website?
