    Hi there,

    I do not see any domain upgrades under your @thewholefamily1 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    What is the name of the account you are needing help with? If it is not @thewholefamily1 do you know the username or the URL of the site associated with it so we can look it up in our system and take a closer look that way?

    Here is the situation:

    I setup and paid for premium account under username TheWholeFamily but i cant get into the account. I must have typed the wrong email. I’m unable to recover the password. I have not started building the site yet.

    I started a separate account under TheWholeFamily1 and email (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    My Domain (TheWhole.family) is mapped to the account with the username TheWholeFamily

    I either need to reset password for the initial TheWholeFamily account. Or have the Domain re-mapped to the new account.

    Either way i will be paying for a premium account.
