  I have purchased personal version and have paid, but why is the free version displayed ? i need to refund the money, pls help

  For what site did you buy the Personal Plan?

  The account you’re using to post here only owns one site on our free plan, http://enzactablog.wordpress.com. This account has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you, so if you bought a plan from us it was likely for another site that belongs to a different account.
