Hi there,
We don’t have access to Google’s servers, and no way to remove a file from their cache or to prevent it from showing up in search results.
But that particular file does not appear to have been deleted from your media library:

Simply deleting the file from a post does not remove it from the media library as well. You need to delete it there to remove it from our servers.
