  I need to restore to an earlier version of the site. The version before November 2021 to be exact.
  Overall, I just need general help with either restoring the older version of the site or I need help with starting with a blank slate and populating the site with new content. A REAL person to help would be GREATLY appreciated, my job rides on this.

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with AWS.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  It was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we’re unable to directly assist with this.

  Your best option is to contact your hosting provider’s support to ask if they still have a backup of your account that you can restore to.

  Thank you @macmax. Any way you can get me the contact info for WordPress.org? It’s been nearly impossible to find.

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  With that said, WordPress.org sites are entirely self-contained, and they have no more access to your site than a normal visitor, so there won’t be anything they can help with either.
