Need help transfering to other host, exporting theme and content to that new host and getting a refund from wordpress for bundle and do I need to repurchase domain name since I got it through the bundle process at wordpress

Themes purchased at WordPress.com can only be used on WordPress.com. To use the theme on a self-hosted blog, you’ll need to purchase it from the vendor at http://www.studiopress.com/themes/magazine You can request a refund for your theme at WordPress.com within 30 days from the My Upgrades section of your Dashboard.
If you’d like me to, I can also cancel and refund the bundle minus the .me domain for $67.
The rest can be transferred.

if I want to transfer the domain name to my host to avoid the $67 charge is that doable? or do I have to cancel it and quickly rebuy it to be able to keep it.
My host only charges $15 / year for a domain name.
Is the $67 yearly for the domain name or a one time charge? -
We only charge $32/year for a .me domain registration with private registration active ($24 without private registration).
Your domain was included as part of a value bundle, and what I mention earlier was that I can cancel and refund the rest of the bundle minus the domain for $67 ($99 – $32 = $67)
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:
