I need to talk to someone about my website

    Poliscijunkee.com is my website and I’m having major issues right now because I was trying to switch to GoDaddy but I am not having the service I was promised from GoDaddy. I need to switch back to a paid premium support through WordPress. How do I do that? Also how do I get access to Google word ads?

    It doesn’t look like your account has ever had a Premium Plan with us.

    Your domain, poliscijunkee.com, used to be registered here, but you transferred it away from us, and it’s no longer connected to your WordPress.com site, http://poliscijunkee.wordpress.com/

    If you want to move your domain and your site back to us, you can find our guide for that migration at https://transferto.wordpress.com/

    Note that you might not be able to transfer your domain back to us for 60 days after a previous transfer. You’ll need to contact GoDaddy support to ask if there’s any way they can waive that.

    Else, you can connect your domain to your WordPress.com site using our domain mapping upgrade instead, included in all our plans. Once the domain’s transfer-lock is lifted you can then transfer it at no additional cost, should you want to.
