I need to transfer my domain name?

    Hi there,

    You cancelled the domain, hoannguyenlaw.com, in August 2017, so you no longer own it. You cannot transfer a domain you don’t own.

    It looks like that domain is still on our system, and we should be able to restore it for you, but you’ll first need to pay for the current year’s registration of the domain as you also had us refund the last renewal payment for this domain when you cancelled it.

    I’ve sent you a link by email which you can use to pay for the domain. Once we receive your payment we can restore the domain to your account, and then you’ll be able to transfer it.

    Also please go to https://wordpress.com/start/site/ and create a new free site in your account so we can connect the domain to it once it’s restored. Otherwise you won’t be able to access its settings to request a transfer.
