  Hi!
  I would love to move my subscribers from my wordpress.com blog (hablemosdoctor.wordpress.com) to my self-hosted wordpress.org blog (www.hablemosdoctor.com).

  I have already read the support site, and I have installed Jetpack plugin with Subscription mode on.
