I Need To Update W3 Cache via FTP

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello, I just finished the process of moving my website domains. While most of it went along seamlessly, there is one error coming from W3 Cache, which is a popular cache plugin.

    ‘FTP credentials don’t allow to write to file /var/www/wordpress-sources/5.3.2/wp-config.php’

    When I click ‘view required changes’ I see this:

    /** Enable W3 Total Cache */
    define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); // Added by W3 Total Cache

    Can you help with this? If you can, I would greatly appreciate it if you did, and if you can’t, please let me know who can :)

    Edit: I wasn’t aware that this was being posted to the community forums instead of a support team. Please disregardful this :p
