i need yoast plugin for my website

  dear sir/mam
  i need yoast plugin but when i tried to install it, it says upgrade to business plan.
  upgrading to business plan involves spending money.
  my quesry is how to install it and do i really need to first upgrade to business plan then only yoast plugin will be available?

  SEO features are built in to WordPress.com by default. Even on our free sites. What exactly do you want out of the Yoast plugin?
