I need you to speed up my refund

    I was charged £51.00 for an automated renewal of my wordpress subscription/domain ownership. I did not want this and have now been pushed over my overdraft limit by the charge. I need you to process the refund as soon as possible, 7-10 days is too long and the charge never should have been made in the first place.

    wordpress.com can’t speed up a refund. Once wordpress.com refunded your money, it all depend on the banks and how mucht time they need to transfer your money.
    From about a month before the renewal, you get several mails to inform you for the upcoming renewal.

    The refund was sent by us earlier today.

    Depending on your credit card provider though, it can take them up to 10 days to display the credit on your statement.
