As you can see there has been no activity on this site for years. I would like a refund of this please. Please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) as that email hasn’t worked for years.

The recent charge on your site was the annual renewal of the domain mapping upgrade for the domain, matthoustonphotographer.com, which you bought in 2016. All WordPress.com upgrades renew annually, and we sent several reminder emails before this renewal was processed. We have no way of knowing if your email has changed if you don’t log into your account and update it.
I see you have now filed a dispute against us with your bank regarding this charge. We cannot refund a payment on which there is an active dispute, but if you’re willing to cancel the dispute we might be able to refund it immediately. Else you’ll need to wait for our payment processor to conclude their investigation, which can take up to eight weeks.
