I never got my refund

    Hello,

    On the 1rst of November, I paid a wordpress premium subscription for an amount of 99€. I realized after a while that it actually didn’t corresponded to what i really wanted for my blog. So i asked for a refund and you sent me an email saying that my refund had been treated and would appear on my bank account within 7 days.

    It’s almost the end of the month now and i still have not received my refund of 73€ on my bank account. I checked several times but there is still no sign of it.

    Could someone please help me and tell me how can i get my refund? Or who should i contact?

    I have processed the rest of that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
