I never paid for a domain name.

  I have a wordpress website at http://peggylchambers.wordpress.com/ but have never paid for a domain name. How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To do that, It looks like simply log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard, click on Store–>Domains, enter the name of the domain you would like to add in the “add a domain” box and click the “add domain” button. Then simply follow the instructions that appear to register your domain.
