I no longer need a subscription

    Hey,
    My subscription auto-renewed today and I had forgotten all about this since I haven’t been using this account for almost a since I originally purchased it. Main reason was that we had to build a side through shopify instead due to our needs.
    I am no longer involved with this project nor have any more needs for designing a webpage, so is there any chance to request a refund for this renewed subscription please?
