  i eligible for WordAds?
  but i don’t get WordAds, why?

  i have all Requirements
  Your blog must be set as public
  It must have a custom domain as the primary. Or, be self-hosted and using Jetpack.
  You must be the owner of the blog

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
