I own the domain. Someone made my website on wordpress.com. I want to access my website, but cannot get a hold of designer.

  As in the subject. I own the domain. I have log-in details to the domain registrar. We cannot get in touch with the designer who made the website on WordPress. We would like to access the website – how can we take it from here?

  Many thanks for that information.

  I can see this site is with a completely different account, so ideally you would need to contact the designer about gaining access and moving the site across to your account.

  They were need to follow these instructions: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
