I paid 15 USD but I cannot map my wordpress account to my old domain Wheresfranky.com

  I used to subscribe and pay for my domain http://www.wheresfranky.com but I stopped paying and my website reverted back to old http://www.wheresfranky.wordpress.com. Now i paid, 15USD for the domain using my credit card but it has not reverted to http://www.wheresfranky.com. Please help. thanks
