  Hello,

  It has been several days since I paid for my plan 96 euros. It was debited from my account.

  Except for some reason I don’t have access to the plan’s features and my domain name is not active.

  I made my request for spiritbeauty.fr therefore: https://spiritbeauty.fr and I find myself, we do not know how with a spiritbeautyfr.wordpress.com and spiritbeautydotft.wordpress.com (then this one, with “dot” in the end, I don’t know where it comes from …

  Could you fix my problem please. Because every time I want to use the options to which I am supposed to be entitled, I am asked again to update my plan and to pay … when I have already done …

  I do not see any upgrades under your @mspiritbeauty WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
