I paid a service to create my website… now I want control. What do I need to do?

    I used designsutility.com to create my website… I paid too much. I want control over my site… they are high jacking it requiring I pay them move money to update it. How can I move over to my own control?

    Hi there,

    Does designsutility.com allow you to export your content? If they do, and their export file comes in a .xml format, you might be able import it here using our import tools:

    Import a Website

    However, if they don’t offer a way to export your content from their platform, there’s not much we can do. In that case your only option is to manually copy-paste your content from the pages of your current site into new posts and pages on your WordPress.com site.
