    You clearly say that when I have premium account does not appear on my website advertising.

    Currently out if this ad on my website, so this is uns claim, and I ask you to remove the ads for my website.

    I also bought a domain name through you, and I can not configure email accounts, or install plugins … not my disposal space to upload videos.

    Please check my membership with you, and activate what I paid.

    As I mentioned above, you do not need to email me the screenshot. Please just upload that to your Media > Library page. I have access to that so I can see it when you upload it. Here’s the direct link:

    Hi Eduardo,

    It doesn’t appear that that advertisement is being placed by WordPress.com. I believe it is being injected into our content by something on your end.

    Can you please try the following, and let me know if the advertisements disappear?

    1) Run an antivirus and antispyware tool on your computer.

    I highly recommend Microsoft Security Essentials, available for free from Microsoft:

    2) Disable any browser extensions or add-ons you may be using. This guide details this process for Google Chrome:

    3) Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. This guide from Google explains how:

    Yes, you can set this up with Email Forwarding. Check out the link for specific instructions. I see that you set up your forward from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please set the forwarding address to your personal email address. If you set it up to the same email address it will not work.

    For example, if you set (email visible only to moderators and staff) to forward to say a Gmail account: that you currently have (email visible only to moderators and staff), all emails sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) will show up at your Gmail account.

    In order to do this, you would need full email hosting. We have a couple providers that you can look into here:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/

    We don’t recommend one email host over other, so please take a look and determine what would be best for your usage.
