I paid for a domain upgrade through Wrdpress but it is not appearing in my admin

    I have a paid upgrade through WordPress with a domain. I paid for this through you. I cannot get access to this via any wordpress admin pages. Can you help me?

    Hi there,

    There aren’t any domains or other upgrades linked to your WordPress.com account medicalbillmd or your site medicalbillmd.wordpress.com. What domain did you purchase? I can look up the details that way.

    If you purchased the upgrade while logged in to a different WordPress.com account, you’ll need to log in to that account to manage the upgrade.
