I paid for a plan, domain, and have nothing

    I paid for a plan and domain. The purchase was completed and went through my bank without trouble. I did not receive a receipt, nothing is showing up on my purchases nor site list. I can’t get past the AI on the website nor through email to talk to a person because the plan purchased isn’t registering.

    I want to talk to a person and have this resolved.

    I took a look at your WordPress.com account, and I’m not seeing any active paid subscription there. This usually means the purchase was made using a different WordPress.com account.

    In that case, you’ll need to log in with the correct email address that was used at the time of purchase. It’s quite common to have multiple accounts with different emails, so that might be what’s happening here.

    If you’re not able to figure out which account it is, no worries—we can take it from here. Just send us the transaction ID from your WordPress.com purchase via email at help@wordpress.com, and we’ll track it down for you. You can find the transaction ID in your bank or card statement, or in your email inbox.
