I paid for a Premium subscription but the purchase doesn’t show up

    Hey folks,

    I paid for a premium subscription and my money got deducted, but the purchases are not showing up. After the money got deducted, the checkout page is blank and I don’t whom to contact in such a scenario.

    This account is only 30 minutes old, are you sure you made the upgrade with this account?

    Yes, this is E-mail address I gave while checking out. But I have two accounts, another one is with the Email-address: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Possible for you to check if it was that one?

    I can send you the transaction ID and everything if needed for the purchase of the premium plan.

    Hello everyone,

    This issue still isn’t solved. Dean, a Happiness Engineer, had emailed me some time ago saying he has been able to locate the transaction details. He also told me to reply to this issue via this id (I have two ids), so I am doing the same.

    I haven’t got a refund for the transaction yet, nor has the premium plan subscription showed up on my profile as a purchased plan.

    Please look into this. Thank you so much.

    I don’t see any support requests for your account where Dean helped you, but I see you have another email ticket open where we’re helping you, so let’s continue there.

    These forums are public, and we cannot get the transaction information we need to locate the charge from you here, so this is not the best place to help with this issue.
