i paid for custom css but dont need it,how do i get a refund?

  hey,

  i bought a custom wordpress theme from themeforest.com to install on my blog,and i cant actually use a custom theme on here?! i have another website built around wordpress http://www.flavourradio.com and that dashboard has the option to ‘upload a zipped theme’. is there a way i can do this on the newer dashboards?

  if not how would i get the $30’s back that i paid?if i cant upload a custom theme i wont be needing the blog at all.

  can any one help?or tell me how i go about uploading my theme ive purchased?

  the person who built my flavourradio.com site is uncontactable now so i cant ask them to help me resolve it!

  If you simply need help activating the theme on your blog then we Volunteers answering questions on this forum have no knowledge of how Premium Themes are designed to operate. Posting to this forum is not likely to be productive. When you purchased your premium theme what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer.   If you are referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog then what I posted above applies. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins or any themes into them The themes found on the internet are for wordpress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  On free hosted wordpress.COM blogs we can only use the themes which have been coded to run on this multi-user software and made available to us here. > Appearance > Themes and no others.   timethief, youve been a great help! i can only assume that my flavourradio.com site is developed via .ORG and that would explain the reason as to why i cannot upload a custom theme on my .COM!thanks a lot. ill have to see about working out how to set up a .ORG.

  ive also emailed support about the refund as there was no option on my dashboard to do it.
