I paid for domain mapping but it has not happened

  I renewed domain mapping on Feb 1 but I still have the message: Your Domain Mapping for hopeboxderby.com expired yesterday. Please renew it now to make sure visitors will be able to reach your site at that address. And hopeboxderby.com is still going to a generic search page

  You renewed your domain mapping with us, but your domain registration with http://www.domain.com/ (or one of their affiliates) expired yesterday.

  You’ll need to renew your domain registration ASAP.

  the domain expires in July:
  Registrar of Record: Domain.com
  Record last updated on 04-Jul-2012.
  Record expires on 04-Jul-2013.

  But even if it did expire yesterday, the mapping was renewed Feb 1 and mapping has not been working.
  I believe it is still a WordPress issue.

  Your domain’s name servers are not pointed to us.

  Per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/ they need to be set to:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  They are currently set to:

  NS4.MYDOMAIN.COM
  NS3.MYDOMAIN.COM
  NS1.MYDOMAIN.COM
  NS2.MYDOMAIN.COM
