I paid for features that aren't working

    My customize features are not loading. It just keeps saying “loading design tools” vertical in black on the right hand of a completely white screen.

    I have tried different computers, different locations, different browsers, clearing cookies/cache, adding cookies…still does not work.

    Hi there,

    This usually happens if you have your site set to display a static front page, but you haven’t selected a page to use for the front page of your site. I see that you’ve been making some changes to the pages on your site recently, and now I can load the customizer on your site without any problems.

    Are you still having trouble with this? If so, please let me know and I’d be happy to investigate further.

    Thank you RachelMCR…you were right, I had the setting for my front page wrong. Had no idea that would effect the customize tool…odd. Thanks for the response, all is well now.
