i paid for my domain name with Visa, which shows up on my Visa statement, but no record shows up under billing in WordPress.

  how can I talk to someone who can find my Visa record? I know the date and amount.

  There are no purchases under the account xchangeskg, could it be that you created another one using a different email address?
  What was the domain you registered? Once we know that, we can have a look and advise.
