I paid for premium – give me what I paid for

    I have paid for premium and I can’t do anything. I cannot register my web address. I cannot change how my blog looks. It looks the same as it did when it was free. All your instructions center around getting people to pay for something. Well, I have already paid. I want it to work for once or I want my money back. I have spent so much time searchign your page wondering how to do it and it is driving me crazy.

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry for the trouble you’re having with your Premium plan. You should be able to register a custom domain for your site by heading to your My Sites page and clicking the “Domains” link under your site title there.

    If you run into trouble with that, you can also register the domain by heading to Store > My Domains in your site’s dashboard. We have a full guide for registering a new custom domain here: Register a New Domain

    To change your site’s theme, you can head to My Sites and use the “Change Theme” link to pick a new theme for the site. Then, you can use the Custom Design upgrade included in the Premium plan to customize the theme. You can do that with the “Customize” link on your My Sites page.
