I Paid for the Domain before expiration

    I Paid for the domain renewal before expiration. Now My site (apu.pt) is not working. What can I do to solve the problem?

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to look into this domain for you. However, the domain subscription that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from.
    To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

    Here I post with the credentials as required.

    As I mentioned before, I paid for the domain before the expiration. If you check whois for apu.pt you that

    Nome de domínio / Domain Name: apu.pt
    Data de registo / Creation Date (dd/mm/yyyy): 27/03/2018
    Data de expiração / Expiration Date (dd/mm/yyyy): 26/03/2020

    How can we proceed to reactivation. We need that domain working ASAP.

    Hi Fillipe,

    Please don’t post personal contact or address details in the public forums. All we asked was that you log into the correct account. We did not ask for any other information.

    The domain, apu.pt, is not registered with us. It was only mapped to a WordPress.com site, and that mapping upgrade has since expired. The last payment we received for that mapping upgrade was in April 2018.

    That mapping upgrade also did not belong to the apurbanistas account you’re now using to post here either. You are an admin on the same site, you you will be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade if you want to. To do that you’ll have to go to My Site ->Plans and buy a paid plan first, as we no longer sell domain mapping as a separate upgrade.

    If the domain itself is expired, you need to contact the domain provider where you registered that domain.

    If I pay for the Bloger or the Premium plan, would I be able to to do this domain mapping?

    Where is this option? I could not find it.

    Hi there,

    You will need to log into the account that was connected to the mapping subscription. Neither of the accounts that you have used to post in this thread are connected to the subscription. Do you remember another account that you created that you used to set up the upgrade?

    Hello there staff team.

    We have 3 admin accounts. Mine, the ApuUrbanistas I showed up above, and another one called apuwebdev, that we dont have access. My question is, can we map the domain using those two other accounts?

    Actually never mind about accessing the apuwebdev account. I manage to get access.

    Now, Using this account, how do I map the domain? What plan do I need?
    Can I achieve this buying a basic blogger plan?
