  If guess you bought that Premium Plan with another account. As you have a paid Plan, you can very easily restore access nu following instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  I’m seeing a WordPress.com Premium upgrade associated with your user account. What happens when you go to: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Do you see the Premium plan listed there?

  Another thing to try, can you reach our livechat support here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

  If your Premium plan is reflected in your account, you should be able to reach live-chat. If not, you won’t.
