I paid someone to set up a website for me. He is unresponsive and does not help me

    If you are referring to a site hosted here on WordPressdotcom like rehobothchinesemassage.wordpress.com, the person who registered the site is the site owner unless they have transferred ownership of the site to another WordPressdotcom user. WordPressdotcom will not turn over a site owned by one user to another user.
