    I paid for an entire year last month using paypal. I keep getting messages that i haven’t paid.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any payments on your account for last month.

    You used to own a plan that auto-renewed in March, but we received a chargeback from your bank on that payment in July.

    A member of our billing support team sent you a payment link via email on 11 July to pay for that upgrade again, but our system shows that payment has not been made yet, and your site is still locked due to the disputed charge.

    Please reply to the email our billing support team sent you at that time for more help with this.
