I purchased 3 years web hosting and it isn’t on my account anymore

  My domain expired and I wanted to transfer my website to a new domain name but I purchased a plan already. Can it be transferred over? I paid recently. I need to speak to someone!!!

  If that’s still a registered domain, you can transfer it to us by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

  If you canceled it, or let it expire, with your previous domain registrar, you’ll need to wait for them to return it to the public market and then register it as a new domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/register-domain/
