I purchased a domain but now I can access it

  Hi there!

  I recently purchased a domain and a monthly plan! I see the charge on my credit card for $120 but I can access it when I log in.

  Please help

  What is the URL of the site you are trying to access? We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can help.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
