I purchased a domain two days ago, (7-10) and want a refund

  I tried to cancel my domain registration and get a refund from two days ago but it says I can’t any more. Last time I checked, two days=48 hours, so I’m wondering what’s going on? and now that I’ve encountered this problem of course it’s 4 hours over 48 hours. So it’s been 52 hours since I purchased the domain as I’m writing this email, but I would really appreciate a refund. I tried to cancel prior to 48 hours. Thanks for your help.

  Hi Hanna,

  I’m more than happy to help, but which domain are you wanting to cancel? In order for us to do so we have to be explicitly told what domain name to cancel for a customer. I’m very sorry for this inconvenience.
