I purchases a domain name but it came out wrong!

  I need to register tdsunshinerealty.com, for my companies website. I paid the $99 to register it for the year and I understand that it is an additional $18 per year. However, I got the email to confirm and it says tdsunshinerealty.wordpress.com and not just .com!! Can this be fixed as soon as possible please??
