  Why do i have to pay you to install a theme I already paid for?

  We offer a number of themes for free on WordPress.com already at My Site ->Themes, and we only allow the use of third-party themes on sites that have our Business Plan. The payment you made to a different company for that theme does not include payment for the advanced Business Plan features that are required for you to be able to install that theme here.
