I really need to speak with someone as soon as possible

My log in is no longer working. I have always logged into on a wp log in site to reach the admin portion of my site. Yesterday the log in stopped working. I asked a quesiton to forum and was told the site the was not hosted by wp. Ok, then why do my creds automatically populate when I click the prompted website when I start typing the address? Every time I have logged in in the past it was from a site that has wp on it. My web developers saying they are not having an issue. I do not want to receive email trying to explain what I need to do. I won’t understand it. I need to be walked through the issue over the phone or chat. Thanks

We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is it connected to a WordPress.com account for login.
The only way to log in to your site is at thefarmerandthebelle.net/wp-admin/
If your webdeveloper has access, he can reset your login credentials

Why did the creds all of the sudden stop working? Any ideas?

I changed the password through my developer and now this comes up when type thefarmerandthebelle.net/wp-admin/

Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

And our site is showing the same thing when someone attempts to visit our shop..

  • You will want to ask the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for more help.

Here, on these forums, we can only help with issues related to WordPress.com, and your site is not hosted on our servers. It could be connected to a WordPress.com site via a plugin called Jetpack, but even then, you’d first need to fix any underlying problems before being able to access it.
