  I stopped receiving the subscription service immediately after receiving the chargeback notice, but still charged $ 18, and requested to be refunded immediately

  I’ve had a look at the account and can see that the $18 withheld from that refund is for the domain registration on liqiaofei.com. That portion is not automatically refunded because once a domain is cancelled it could be impossible for you to regain ownership.

  Please write back and let me know if you have any plans on using that domain again in the future – if so, we don’t want to let it be cancelled. If you have no plans on using it again we can refund the $18 and cancel the domain for you.
