  This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! WordPress has to be DEPENDABLE – PERIOD!!!

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of the Personal Plan you used to have on http://answerinaloha.wordpress.com/

  Looking at our logs it appears we did try to auto-renew your plan several times during September, but those renewals failed because the credit card we have on file for you expired in October 2018 already.

  We sent you notifications via email that the card was expired and that we cannot renew on August 4, August 19, and September 3, and we sent you an email notifying you that the plan had expired on October 4. If you did not receive those, your email provider might have filtered them into spam.
