I reset my site and now it says I do not have an account?

    Very inexperienced tech person. Thought I was resetting my site to start again but now it seems I have made myself non-existent for wordpress. Can someone tell me how to start my site again?

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
