I seem to be having trouble adding users to my site as viewers. What to do?

  How do I add an administrator to my site. I’ve invited somebody to my private site as a viewer with the intention of making them an administrator. But the link in the email doesn’t work, and although it shows him as having accepted I can’t change his role.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not sure this will work, but I would try inviting the user again, but this time specify the role of Administrator, or one of the lesser, contributing roles. WordPress may not allow a Follower (public site), or Viewer (private site) to be upgraded to contributing roles.
