I should be able to view my site but I am UNABLE to

  My domain expired. But when you go to the site it says “don’t worry, you can still view this site at melissamarquez.wordpress.com” but when you go to that URL, the same message pops up indicating that the domain has expired but the “site can still be viewed….” I cannot see my site using “melissamarquez.wordpress.com” like it tells me I should be able to. I do not want to renew the domain, I just need this site to be viewable ASAP without the domain as it says it SHOULD be able to. I can be reached at 505-615-1317.
