I should not have to pay!

    Every time I try to start a live chat, I received this error message “ It sounds like you want to talk to a human. Human support is only available for our paid plans. For community support, visit our forums”. No, human support is available to everyone who needs it. Anyone can post the direct link to the live chat link that would be extremely helpful. You can also DM it to me.

    I’m trying to add a custom domain name when I was able to do this for free without having to pay a single penny now all of a sudden it’s asking me to pay, anyone know how I can bypass this?

    Hi Please help.

    I can’t access my initial wordpress account. I tried to log back into it and created a new account but believe i accidentally deleted something? I am not sure what to do but willing to pay. I created the account so long ago i do not have the intial references wordpress has asked for in the recovery form. Please help.

    Hi there! I understand that you’re trying to connect a domain to your WordPress.com site. A custom domain can be used in place of the WordPress.com URL when a paid plan is purchased on the site.

    Hi

    I have had £51.60 on 04/03/2025 however I have not set up a subscription but I did not sign up to anything. I did a free template on the website but have not used this. Please can I have the money refunded.

    Hi @keethloa,

    I just checked your account and noticed that you registered a domain and upgraded your site to the WordPress.com Personal plan last year. You can go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to view your active subscriptions.

    Are you sure you don’t want to keep the domain anymore? You risk permanently losing the domain ownership if you cancel it. If you’re certain, you can cancel the subscriptions by following this guide, but I see that they were renewed last month, so they are not currently eligible for a refund. You can review our refund period here.
