I still need help with my refund?

I have already submitted an issue with a refund. I got a reply from a staff member, saying she will process my refund if I still chose to do so. I have yet to see a reply from anyone since 2 days ago. This is not the best customer service by any means. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 days for a reply. If anyone can help me with my refund, that would be great.
