I switched my domain to a new site and now I cant access my old site at all

  I recently made a new site with a new host and switched the domain. When I came back to my wordpress dashboard I now can no longer access any of my old information from woocommerce. I cant even see my existing customers information for their orders that were placed before i switched my domain. I cannot switch the domain back now, how can I access my old sites date?

  Hey there, these forums are actually for sites hosted here on our servers at WordPress.com, so I can’t update any licenses you have set up with the old URL.

  But maybe we can point you in the right direction. I’d recommend making sure your site URL is set up properly first. Your host can help you make a backup and one choose one of these modifications: https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/

  Then, if you have licenses under the old URL, please get in touch with the companies you bought those from. For WooCommerce paid extensions, you can reach out here:
