I think I broke everything?

    I just bought the ~$3/month hosting plan from Blue Host, and once it directed me to WordPress, it then showed a setup wizard and walked me through some setup stuff. I was poking around in the theme gallery, when suddenly my computer said that the connection/site wasn’t safe (the url for the wizard was something like box5565/temp/domains). I’ve got three sites involved here– Blue Host, WordPress, and WooCommerce, and I tried going to their separate sites and logging in and they all recognized my account, but my domain isn’t there. I tried inputting it, and sometimes it shows the ‘coming soon’ page and sometimes it gives an error code. Since WordPress shows I have no sites (despite me getting pretty far into designing one?) I tried starting a new one, but it shows that the url is taken. I have absolutely no clue what went wrong, but it’s completely borked the entire system and I don’t know where to go from here, please help! 😭

    Additional details: I managed to get to the home page for the initial site I set up on wordpress, but then when I tried to click on any of the tabs, it just reloaded the ‘stats and insights’ page over and over, literally thousands of times in one minute according to my history tab! It also just adds my domain name over and over to the browser bar as it reloads the stats page. I also checked sites on my phone and on a different browser to see if there’s just something wrong with my computer/Chrome, but they all throw the same error codes. When I go to Blue Host, it shows I don’t have any sites, but that I do have the domain, bloodofstarsart.com, but when I click the ‘create a site’ thing and input that domain, it says it’s a domain already being used. When I go to WooCommerce, it acts like I’m setting it up for the first time, when I already did a bunch of setup before the computer decided the setup wizard was sketchy.

    To summarize: I can’t do anything in my wordpress profile, I was doing a setup wizard thing for wordpress and woocommerce through bluehost and then my computer decided it was evil. Also, in the page I’m filling this form out in, it says ‘this site may be a copy of WordPress with a different hosting service. Here’s the best way to find help with that.’ And it links to an unrelated page. Not sure if ‘this site’ means my url I put in the box above it, or the site I’m writing this contact form on?

    I just wanted to list my shiny new items on my shiny new site 😭 thanks in advance for your help!

    We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is host ed by Bluehost. You must contact their support to solve this problem.
