I think I may have duplicate accounts with different usernames

    I am afraid to do anything now because when I tried to sign in on my other computer while traveling…. it seemed all my information, plug ins, etc, were gone. I was logged in and yet could not see my course contents… Now that I’m back on my main computer, when I opened up my account is was showing one user name… But then when I click on any options for help or account information, it shows a different user name… It’s like I’m simultaneously signed into two different accounts. (I did have an account for a previous website and my login info is all jumbled. I’m terrified to sign out for fear I’ll lose access for the new website I’ve been working on

    The account you’re using to post here, natkita is a user on the site, http://vibinhigh.com/, but it appears that you don’t have any user role assigned at the moment.

    The site itself, along with the Business Plan connected to it, belongs to a different account, getshotnaked. That user will need to contact us via live chat at https://wordpress.com/help/contact for help getting your account’s user role fixed.

    When I click that link it only redirects me to post in the forums. :( I have sent an email to support. The getshotnaked account is not accessible no matter how I try to sign in. I always get redirected to the natkita account.
